We had 11 people show up to fish and a Billy2 stopped by just say hey.
Big fish was 1¾ lbs caught by Mike, a friend of Dayton's (Ranger 690). Personally I didn't do diddley. I even tried to electroshock them while crossing the bridge but we won't go into that. While doing nothing, I sat there watching Fishdoc and Dave pulling them in left and right. They definitely had the numbers. Personally it was great to finally get to meet some more people face to face rather than a couple hundred yards off. Obviously I do not know how to fish that lake this time of the year but I WILL LEARN! Huh Fishdoc? Batteries were dead in my camera so I don't know if any pictures were taken or not.

Sounds like a good time.
I sure wish you would go into a little detail about the electroshocking cuz now I'm curious Wild Bill. How is your buddy doing? I hope ok.

Bill, just let me know when. enjoyed meetin and greetin everyone. and yea, we had the numbers but nothin near the size of the winners. ain't caught any that size since spring. NICE JOB Mike and Dayton! been beatun several times by someone what catches the biggest of his life. and we all are curious bout the lectroshockin???
Hey fellows,...It sure look like Dayton knows how to pick a good
fishing partner. As Bill has stated that I stopped by after the Bash
was over. It sure was good to see Dave, Fishdoc and Bill again
and to meet Dayton, Keith and Andy for the first time. Fishdoc and
Dave did have the numbers, but as the Doc has said, the locals don't
always win.

Glad everyone had a good time and congrats to Mike. Did you get your half of the money Dayton?!? :D
Bill, you wouldn't have mentioned the electroshocking thing if you didn't really want to tell us. So go ahead, spill the beans! :D
Currently a non-fishing slacker! (not for too much longer)
Well you see its like this. I figured all I had to do is drag my 50' extension cord that I use for my charger across the bridge and then all I had to do was leave the pier and go pick up the biggest fish. Or maybe I just forgot to unplug the %$#@ thing. I wondered why some idiot kept honking his horn at me. Would you believe the cord wasn't damaged at all.

It was good seeing those I met in the past again and meeting the folks I have not seen yet. Those were some nice fish Dayton and Mike caught.
I did fairly well on Friday, but the fish moved on Saturday and I had a hard time finding where they went. I caught fish, but only a few of them were in the 11" range.
However, I did deposit some more knowledge for brush pile and laydown locations (about 20 places in the Goat Island area) in the Kerr fishing bank for future withdrawal.:D
