    Default Where is EVERONE??

You all must be Christmas shopping or doing Honey Dues.:D If Christmas shoppng I wear a size Large shirt and my favorite color is Green. My favorite pole is a 6' med/light action with any open face( I'm not greedy). My boat need pole holders just like Panman's and wouldn't mind anything else you might find. Where is everyone??? Christmas Parties???? Oh well, going Duck Hunting in the morning I guess I'd better get to bed.:D

Well Andy I'm around. Had everything ready to go to Diascund yesterday morning and was 26 out-decided I don't need to fish as much as I once did. I get cold enough in the course of my work. No extra money around here to Xmas shop for you , sorry. I do have a bag with all my old army socks if you would like them, green being your favorite color and all.

Hope to meet you and alot of others on the board one of these days.

Hey Jeff, use one of your old Army socks for a coffee filter in the morning...Kinda gives a cup of coffee a twang...Use to do it while we were cruising around in the Atlantic for 6-8 mos....lol.....Navy socks were a might bit salty...I'll bet IBNFSHN has done it a couple of times...LOL...:D

I'm in Cary, NC this weekend. My son is here in a soccer tournament and for the College soccer championships. Next week I'm in NY. After that, I may get some time to fish if mother nature cooperates.

Horseshoer, You'd had better give that sack bag to DonG and IBNFSHN so they can make their coffee in the morning. We Marines use to just get a hand full of coffee beans in the morining and chew them like "Happy Jim" till we had our fill. :p Anyways, Army green just quite is not Marine Corps green.

Where did you get the water from for coffee? I made a Med cruise on the Shangra La (VFP-62 Detachment). As soon as we cleared the jettys at Mayport we went on water hours. When we got to the Med, all water was cut off and went to the cats. We were in high cotton when we went on water hours then. LOL

Well that clears something up I have long wondered about. It is how the Marines, of all branches of the military, have always been known for their
gung-ho storm-and-conquer tactics. Evidently they are operating on pure caffeine. Did you guys ever sleep or was it pretty much rape pillage & burn
24/7 until your enlistment was up? Just curious. Never had much to do with
them when I was in, except when we happened upon a unit of Marines we
could always bum clean socks off em as they had plenty.:D :p
