Never take the advice of someone who has not had your kind of trouble!

Don't spank your minnow
I fished there today for about three hours in the morning. I spent my time above the bridges and the water was a bit cleaner. I ended with about 20 crappie, but most were dinks (fit in my hand easily) - had one keeper. Also caught one catfish, a flier and two citation yellow perch. I didn't stick around long. The water will clear when the SW winds push it back in. Great job today. I know it was tough. Those are some nice YP.
Nice fish.
