Thread: nwr report 1-22-10

fished the river today from 8:00am-3:30pm. water temp 44.7 in all parts of the river. can only see down in the water 2ft in some spots. very windy and rainy. river is down about 3 feet i would say. all the swamp runs are dumping more muddy water into the river. caught 9 yellow perch only one keeper the rest were dinks. they were caught on trout nuggets on the bottom in 11ft water. also ran into some freckles 11 to be exact. only one keeper and he was 11 inches long. they were caught on a inline spinner (bluefox) color was green. they were hanging in 12-13ft water. did not take camera due to weather. plz don't hurt me tap. not sure what is on the plan for tommorrow might try blackwater in franklin.
