    Default snagged a citation while perching

    went down to the blackwater river this morining with my son and caught a 1lb 10oz bream as well as a few perch and one catfish and a few other bream
    stayed till I could't tie a knot anymore

    WOW!!

    This is amazing! Not counting private ponds, there were only 14 January citations for sunfish in all of Virginia for the 10-year period ending in 2008.
