Weather seems to be holding so far


Should be no ice issues.

I think the perch should be there if Kevin caught some early spawners @ NW yesterday.

I'm getting ready to leave for Franklin in just a few minutes. Will check and see if I can get any info if the yp are still there. Might try them there Sat. if we don't get too much rain over the next few days.

I went yesterday and will be going friday and saturday if they are there. We ended up with 32 about half and half perch/crappie. For what its worth, I think we are a week early but if I only do as good as yesterday thats ok with me. Do you put in the creek or waterlilly?

Go over the coinjock bridge and make the first left on waterlilly rd(I think). Follow it like you are heading to the hampton lodge campground. Its on the left just after the coinjock marina.

thats where i'm gonna launch from now on. creek cost me 300 big ones. last time out. brad it's about the same distance by water just have to go thru a long NO WAKE zone about a mile. it's a little bit longer drive. lets us know how you did. may go sunday. tite lines JIM.B :D

That's the ramp by the restaurant @ Coinjock, right? I put over there once before. Decent ramp, medium run to the island.

How did the creek cost you the 300?
