    Default Cold hard truth

    I could not find the wieght loss post but hear it is.

    1/11 193.5 lbs 33% body fat

    1/15 last Saterday morning before falling off the wagon Saterday night and Sunday. 191.5lbs 31.5% bf

    1/18 Monday morning 194 lbs 31.5%

    Lord help me!

    lose alot more by eating every three hours. about 300 calories(not empty calories like pop tarts). pay attention to sodium content. Only eat food prepared by someone you love or yourself. write down everything you eat. eat more foods that have a low gylcemic number to keep your blood sugar from swinging. no soft drinks of any kind.:D good luck

    Your Right, and its amazing how much more energy I have when I eat like that. I just need the dicipline to follow through.
