Default Late report for Saturday at Northwest

I was supposed to rabbit hunt but that didn't work out. I left for the Northwest about 1030 and was wetting lines by 1100. Caught quite a few crappie, but many small ones. Ended the day with a dozen keeper crappie and four yellow perch. I caught seven perch total and all were in 6 ft. of water. The crappie were scattered from 6-12 ft. I did all of my fishing up river yesterday. Going to hit it tomorrow and go down and see if I can locate the perch.

I could only go about a 1/4 mile. It's so protected up there it was still pretty frozen. Didn't feel like playing ice-breaker yesterday. I didn't check, but I heard the water temp at bob's was 39.
