Question Weekend Roll Call - who is doing what?

What has everyone got planned for the weekend? Looks like tomorrow is going to be nice then some more rain on Sunday.

I am hunting with my Dad tomorrow, going to hit the Chick Sunday if the rain isn't too bad. Might go regardless, I didn't fish last weekend and I think I am having some kind of withdrawal problem!

So, Good Luck to All in whatever you do this weekend! Looking forward to some reports from someone other than the tribe of retired guy's!!:D

First day of duck season. Plan on hunting a few hours at first light then the six of us will work on the blinds until 11 or so. There are few if any migratory birds in our swamp and only some wood ducks right now.

I'm gonna go in there tonight and dump 50# of corn around your blind. You'll have plenty of ducks by next Sat.

Don't thank me.......that's what friends are for

Talking I hittin' "Abel for the Table" . . .

I've invited my backyard neighbor to join me on Lake Abel. He's a 30 something, and has volunteered to all the dirty / wet work! What a deal!!!:D

Hope to bring home enough for a 2-family fish fry on Sunday.

    Report & pics forthcoming.

I'm actually going to fish for a change.

Plan to spend a few hours at Beaverdam Swamp in the morning before getting grass seed down in the yard in the afternoon. Will prime the drywall in the garage Saturday evening so I can paint on Sunday.

So thats what the headlines meant in todays Daily Press; "The Citations Are Running The Citations Are Running." You go win that tourney and post some pics of the 4 lb perch.

I will be shoeing horses just down the road from Anchorman tomorrow and Sunday is up in the air yet. I had a cpl generous invites to fish speckled trout I plan to follow up on next week so doubt I'll play any on Sun. Ok, the truth then, I will be at Hooters watching the Vikings game unless Hooters burns down before Sunday. I find that I like it there, regardless the juvenile hooties.
With all them TVs and all the games on I can peek to another monitor and watch the Steelers crash n burn for a change. :D Plus, I'm sure I aint imagining this, one of the Hooters girlz has a thing for me. Yes, I am sure its true and not just a fragment of my imagination. She has jet black hair with matching eyebrows and lashes. It just took that familiarity of showing up a few weeks in a row that did it. She cannot help, nor deny her attraction to me. I for myself am infatuated, wondering if she has hair on her back and has to shave her mustache off every morning. She dang near has a unibrow and I am smitten badly. But I been real nonchalant when she comes over and visits with me when she is caught up and has time to kill. Yep, ol Shoedaddy playin hard-to-get. I'm gonna break the ice this comin Sunday though. I'm wearin my spurs in there and gonna let it slip that I like it rough. Maybe rake them spurs across the stool seats and gash open some rips in the vinyl covering for emphasis. I may openly flirt with another Hooters Girl just to bring out the competitive spirit in her. I have yet to figger out where I will take her cuz I have not worked out the exact details with the War Dept yet, but feel quite certain it wont be here.
Oh yes, this weekend-yes, I am not going fishin.

If the criminal justice system could tap into my mind and read the thoughts I have had about this girl I would be tucked away so deep in prison they'd have to pipe sunlight to me.
