GB- This lake is very clear and has a heavy ring of grass & that's the factor that controls how we're fishing it (until the grass dies off.) In most places, the lake bottom drops off quickly, so the grass only goes out so far and then stops abruptly--like a wall. Naturally, the fish hide in the grass & jump out to snatch anything going by. It's been very effective to drift MINNOWs up to the "wall" and into the grass. Water temp doesn't seem to make much difference--I didn't even look at it today.

I love them pinkie type jigs, they work good in other colors too.

He cought fish, it was my fault for not thinking about taking a pic of him. Not use to taking many pic's, I will get better at it .
