Default fishing tip

the next time you head out to your best lake or river try this. i always try to fish one new place every time i go and you will find many new places to fish. been doing it at kerr & gaston for the last 10 years. it's the best way to learn i've found. never give up learning new places. i'm sure fishdoc would agree. see you guys at the kerr bash. tite lines JIM.B

That's a good strategy, JB. We all keep hammering the same old places, but the more "old places" you have up your sleeve, the better!

I found my "best" (which isn't saying much) spot at Harrison lake by pure accident after years of pounding the banks. Just happen to be motoring across the lake and figured I'd cast a couple random casts while in the middle of the lake. Wouldn't ya know I caught a fish...and another, and another.
