Noticed that those who used the closer ramps where back at Bob Cats before 3:30pm and after weighing their fish stood around and shot the bull. Also allowed for those who left early, if they did not see anyone to notify they were going, did not make everyone else wait around for weigh in. It did seem to work well and not that we want to copy Bob Cats, but if the method works we could try it sometime.

AC - In essence I think we are pretty much doing the same thing.

According to the gentleman that I just spoke to at Bobcat's the folks fishing the Bobcat Tournaments get to leave the store @ 06:00. They have to stop fishing (lines out of the water, not be off the water) no later than 3:00 pm and MUST be back at the store and in the weigh in line by no later than 4:00 pm for the weigh in.

Unless I misunderstood what that fellow was telling me, if we meet back at our starting place by no later than 4:00 pm we are basically doing the same thing. The main thing I see them doing differently is leaving earlier, but the majority of our folks want to stick with an 08:00 start time. We can do whatever the majority decides but IMHO I prefer we stay with our current format.

Thanks, HV

That could work out nice. I think it is worth a small test run. So, on Dec 5, Andy's Bash entry fee will be $100 and he must be off the water by 3pm. Andy, you can stop by my boat at the bridge and I will weigh your fish for ya. You can keep it or I will put it in my watch pocket to show the rest of the guys at 4pm.

See ya at the Bash!

Lord Prepare these folks for the Butt-Whoopin' they will recieve.

The reason for my suggestion or comment was if you only have the one time for weight in say 4:00 we have had in the past, members who do not make the 4:00 dead line and we have had to wait on them. If we had a dead line to be back at your ramp of choice by 3:00 or 3:30 and no fish weighted in after 4:00pm it would make it so those who are going to travel back home Sat. evening can count on leaving at 4:00 or soon there after. I know if I have what I think is big fish I'm going to be sitting at BIB@T at 2:00pm.

Hey, Leave Andy alone. He is hurt and can only type with one foot.

I expect most of the east guys to cut out about noon anyway, and will be calling our cell phones from home wanting to know who won!

Looking forward to Friday night dec 4th. Can someone line up some entertainment for after dinner? Maybe the real big, angry looking girl from McD's will stop by and visit!

I am just simply looking forward to your "busting" some dance moves like last year! It was quite entertaining, especially after a couple Coors Light!!

Hey Hay Hey! What happens in Clarksville stays in Clarksville!

Don't be jealous. I may have a Miller Pony this year and really act up!

By the way, Clarksville called. They want you to be in the parade. Said they were lining up some helium and 4 long ropes. Mentioned if NY could do it, so could they!
