Marvaul Crappie fishing
Half day on Lake Murvaul
We made the short trip to Lake Murvaul to try our luck out to see if the crappie bit was on, Murvaul is in good shape, water level is about 9" high and water temp is 60 to 65.
The jig bit was on, we used 3 jig colors all day long, two boats around us were using live bait but with very little luck. There was about 10 boats on the water to day, 5 up at the bridge, three down near the dan and the other 2 were out in the standing timber.
We made the run up to the bridge to try our luck, that area work out the best for us, we caught a lot of fish, but only one out of 5 would be a keeper. We end up with a good number of keeper.
The Jig we used to day to put these fish in the boat, 1/16oz CLDT #001 and #005 by BNB Crappie Jigs, and Ozark Secrets 1/16oz tube jig #07.

Until We Meet Again Catch as many as you can, but only keep what you need.
GOD BLESS & good fishing.
