Default 3D Screen Shots

I went out just to take these pics as the wind was not as bad as it has been, but it started up again while I was out and I lost my fast start card.

I am not totally sure what I think as it may take a bit longer using it to know, bit I suppose that is a bit disappointing just to need to say that.

All 3 pics are as I was coming up on this spot which in the one with the HD map ( 1' contours) you can see how it looks like a bulls eye or a hill. However I did find out it is not a round hill as thought, but more of a ridge type place from the 3D view. Anyway here is the pics in order I took them...

Oh almost forgot the lines you see I didn't see on my unit and I guess it's just the picture some how did that.

First welcome.gif From Toledo Bend Texas!

I am using a Lowrance LCX 27C and the map is a Navionics Platinum Lake Map. It also has 1' contour lines and they show on the regular map as well as the top down photo.

Also here is a view of what I call the sunken island and it is under water until the lake gets down about 5' or so then shows above.

After the fact I thought about this thread which explains it better and has some questions that I answered too.
3D Image explained better...

One I marked up to show the area better...
The red arrow is near the sunken island and the yellow line goes around it and also shows where the tree line is. The green line is the boat lane.
