Default PVC in Rayburn ???

I had someone I know from work tell me that it's a big No No to put PVC into Rayburn. He said that everything had to be biodegradable. Anybody have the facts on this?

Default PVC in Rayburn

I had called the Corp of Engineers last year about trimming trees on the bank to sink in the lake and they told me that I couldn't even do that, they said I had to bring them with me, I didn't ask about PVC, but the phone number to them is 409-384-5716.
