I ordered the plans for this house last year, had a deal going with a bank, it fell through due to no fault of mine because of the collapse. Had to put my building plans on hold.

I've got a bank now willing to loan the money and we're waiting on the abstract to be built and then a legal opinion by an attorney. Nothing should interfere with that, the property is mine and there are no liens or holds.
