    Default Ft. Loudon Lockside 4-11-09

    I caught these 8 nice Crappie below the dam on the lockside between 8pm and 1 am. Fishing 6 feet deep under a slip float using small tuffies. Fishing slowed down below the dam due to Fridays storm.

    nice catch jw, i crossed the hiwassee yesterday and the water looked like red clay from the storms

    Nice catch. I have been wanting to go and try fishing off the bank below Old Hickory Dam around the locks. Anyone ever tried that?
