Thread: Rumor on Watts Bar

Heard yesterday that they(TVA) may not even bring it up to summer pool level until there is some concrete proof from biogist that the ash spill at Kingston will not have an effect on fish wildlife and property in the future for fear of further law suits. This topic has been very quite and was wondering my self lately. If anyone else can get a comment from them in regard to this pass it on.

I've heard the same thing. But to me the enviromentalists and lawyers have blown this way out of proportion. (atleast conserning the impact on the lake) I mean its coal ash for goodness sakes. Everybody is trying to get their couple of dollars out of it. I heard of a woman trying to file a law suit on TVA because her daughter developed asthma after the spill, seriously they didn't even live on the lake. Sorry that kind of thing just burns me up.
