    Default Pickwick reciprocal license agreement

Help me out here guys... Does this agreement mean that I do not have to buy a MS fishing license to fish in the MS and Alabama portion of Pickwick if I have a TN license???
    Thanks

Only some parts of it,with a tn license you can fish from the stateline to the mouth of bear creek, and I belive you can only fish to the highway 25 bridge up into yellow creek in ms,
