anyone know if the bo-wevel radifacation has put a hurt on them!
Or can you add cat. worms to your tree's and they will still take over and grow?
Any help would be appr.

From what I understand it takes several years before they will get on a tree but you can't harvest all of them from that tree. Just google it and you could understand it better than me explaining it. Hope this helps and hope to get on the water soon before Justin gets all the fish! LOL!!!!

Thanks LYNN that what i heard . that it was starting or was harder to get them started! Besides getting them tree's growing!

Something has defintely put a hurt on them around here. There are at least 10 catalpha trees around my property and every summer they were always covered up with worms up until about 8-10 years ago.

We haven't seen them here in Southern Illinois in several years either.

Your trees still have beans?
Ours don't have beans anymore..
I believe that a lot of the side road trees don't get any worms any more because the state/county started spraying the roadside to kill grass. The catalpa worm nests underground. The worm morphs into a big moth.......The chain was broken by the spray...
