When will TN decide on the creel limit for the 2009 season in KY Lake?

Yes it is 30 all over KY lake. only place different is Miss. river

Do you have a page to see the 2009 creel limit? This is what I can find on the TWRA website Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency

Maybe I just can't find where they have voted it in.

Technically speaking:
The portion of KY/Barkley lakes, that are within the state borders of Tenn ... has a 30 fish/day/person creel limit.
The creel limit on KY/Barkley lakes, that are within the state borders of Kentucky ... is 20 fish/day/person.

While I understand that this is the Tenn Forum, and that you may have been referring to "all over KY lake" as the waters within your state jurisdiction ... I wouldn't want anyone to misunderstand the statement, and find themselves in trouble with the F&W Creel Officers.

I live in KY and knew that the limit was 20 in KY waters. I was in reference to the TN part of the lake.

My reply was to SLS's statements (quoted) ... but, mostly for the benefit of anyone not familiar with the differences between creel limits, on this shared waterway. Ignorance of the law is not an excuse ... and one of this site's purposes is to make more informed sportsmen/women. And I wasn't picking on SLS, either ... it was just a technicality, that his statements could be misunderstood by someone just getting into the game. (the very people that we want to help get started on the right foot )

Thanks so much for that link. I had searched for the creel limit but couldn't find where they had passed it .
