Thread: Raining At Reelfoot

Yea I sheet you not, It's really raining at the Foot....unbelievable !!!
It's not much but it helps ....I guess.

it has rained here all day nonstop!

They say we should get about an inch, that will probably push the lake up enough to get the stumps under the water. I am not neccessarily happy about this, but it does open up other opportunities for fishing

It has rained most of the day here in Bolivar. Not heavy but steady. Wish I had been fishing today!

yhea the wind died and the rain came finaly this morning!
Its been steadey at it since then.
Gary your just going to have to keep watering them crappies for us.

We could use a bunch of rain here in east Tennessee. A good slo 2 or 3 day rain would really help. A neighbor just sold 50% of his Angus herd. His hay crop was poor and feed is sky high. That plus his ponds are almost dry.

I don't think 1 inch of rain will cover the stumps, I don't think it will even come close to covering them, But what do I know I'm a Crappieholic, not a weatherman...lol

I would say we got more than an inch of rain today, but a steady rain like this will get it up big time, just wait a day or two and look out there. Most of them will be back under water.

Shoot I hope it gets as high as it did last spring.

Oldwun...we needed to keep the rain here for a little longer but seeing how you guys are so badly hurting for some wet stuff, we released it to move on your way. Hope you get some.
