Tims Ford and Normandy
Saturday I went to Tims Ford and ended up three short of a limit after fishing hard for close to five hours. I showed tons of fish from top to bottom on the graph, but couldn't fish a minner or jig that they were just crazy about, just one here and one there. LOTS AND LOTS of short fish. I was fishing boo and docks. Water temp was from 54.4 to 58.2. Sunday I was gonna go to Woods, but thought nah, I will go to Normandy. Bad mistake on my part. The water was dead calm and a gorgeous day overall, but the fish just weren't very active. Had seven keepers out of 22 fish total. Fished strictly boo with the exception of one tree in Riley. Water temp was pretty much the same as Tims Ford. I saw two other boats all day on Normandy. If you don't have a four wheel drive and some big nads, don't even try to put in at Fire Lake. The water was up to the bottom of my door putting in off the bank. That is how far you have to back in just to get in to float. Curt up at the store said nobody had really been tearing them up, so maybe it isn't just me. Me and Fishawk are going to Woods this morning. Won't be a minner in the boat. LOL FATBOY

Glad to hear you are going fishing, even if it hasn't been what you'd hoped. I've been buried at work and at home trying to get some outdoor painting in before it gets too cold.
Glad to hear you are going to Woods with Fishawk. I've been watching his posts about limiting out in an hour, and it's killing me!
