Thread: Its getting to be time...

Going deer hunting tomorrow for a week in West Virginia. When I get back, Im hitting the crappie. This is my favorite time of the year. You fellers hold down the fort while Im gone.

If you get a deer, I'll trade ya some slabs for some tenderloin

I think I know how he is going to respond to that one . I'll be sending his pictures to him tonight. I'm sure he'll post them. Yes we released all of our fish. Can't even remember how many we caught, I'll let Charger guess for both of us. 20+ crappies would have been a treat. I am really looking forward to catching some crappies on Cherokee soon. The invitation for a float trip is still open until it gets too darn cold. It was pretty chilly when we took off Saturday morning - but Charger is tough he just said "I've been colder"... Then he hooked a monster Trout and he forgot all about the cold.

I GAR-ON-TEE you Speck we had A LOT more fun fighting them 5 lb smallies. Kinda makes trolling that much more boring:D

I guess we caught 100 fish between the two of us. Maybe more. We were catching them so fast, I couldnt have kept count anyway, and thats no joke.

I'm ready to go back. Thanks again Mark! If you ever want company on the Big H again, I'll be there
