I went by Douglas lake yesterday on my way home from Gatlinburg.
I checked out 2 of my normal (winter /low water) spots to put my boat in. Both are now out of the question due to the low water. I don't need a ramp.... but i do need enough sloping bank to get my Totota 4X4 & my 17 foot jon boat in.
Can anyone tell me where I can get my boat in and directions how to get there ????
Thanks..........Rick

To get to the banks at Muddy Creek, cross the Dandridge green bridge, go a few miles until you see a small store on the right, turn right at the store, go a mile or so and turn left at Inspiration Point. Drop $3 in the box and go on through to the banks.
Watch out at muddy creek had pappaws 4x4 dodge half way in the lake trying to get our 14" jon boat floating. Just be easy and no problems.
