Thread: Nickajack lake?

I hope to be camping in Shellmound campground Nov 8th through the 11th. Hope the crappie are bitting then.
Never fished there for crappie, Any pointers around there? I do plan on taking the Hummingbird 987c-SI and giving the place a good looking over. Should be some nice spots there to fish.

Shilo if you go to Chattanooga fishing forums and they can tell you what is going on down there.There is alot of great people on that site and would really like sharing thier secrets.

I fish there all the time,but it's tough for crappie.If you have a map check out Mullins cove toward Chattanooga,they are some deep docks in that area.I mostly bream and catfish that end of the river,and do most of crappie fishing at Chickamauga Lake north of Chattanooga.
