Thread: spring fish fry on douglas

we need to start planning a date for our spring fish fry an get together
maybe if we get a date set more people can plan on attending an also
think about a location where you might like to have it maybe even have
a tournament the morning before the fish fry so everbody pitch your
thoughts in an see what happens

Well if you knew where every body lived you could plan a place..great idea..

hey im game....would love to have a little crappie tournament the morning of....and then a fish fry at one of the local picnic shelters or something on the lake in the afternoon.....i would say lets fish till 1 or 2 in the afternoon and have a cookout there after on douglas....you guys set the date and if im off from work i will be there!!!!

I'll vote for Douglas Dam Campground. Worked fine last year.
I say we be on the water at sun-up, fish till noon or a little after and then eat.
Kinda hard to say a date. We all know spring time here could be 75 or 35 and snow:D

April 21th or 28th. Last two Saturdays of the month.

since it took me an charger a week to figure out what tilapia is i think
ill pass on that :D i think ill stick to crappie although you are welcome
to bring it speck might cook it up an taste pretty good hope you an your
buddies can join us you might have enough clothes for that time off the year:D
