The fish fry didn't even start until 10......everyone was gone to the aquarium in Gatlinburg......so I did what any other red-blooded fisherman would do.....I took a nap! I fried up some more of those filets last night, and they were TASTY! mmmm.....mmmmm.....

The brotherhood is still in my freezer. At the fish fry Saturday, I cooked the Tilapia first so everyone could get full on that....then I dropped a few crappie filets. :-)
