    Default Flat creek

Thanks for the advice! We started early yesterday but after we put the boat in the water we found out it had ice in it and wouldn't pump water! bummer!! after we got it thawed out we headed up flat creek.I marked tons of fish along the bluff but couldn't get them to hit!we did pick up a couple of nice keepers on the other side. I did make the mistake of buying minners from the Dam store, all they had were mediums . I think they are too big. anyway thanks again for the advice cause I sure can use it.

Hammer its kinda tough right now. Things will get better when hte temps level off and tva keeps the water level steady. The water came up another foot while we were out there yesterday(Saturday).

I won't be fishing douglas but it used to be my home lake before I moved. I fish Watts Bar now. Anyway, just out of curiosity, do yall still catch em shallow this time of year? We used to catch em really shallow in Flat Creek this time of year and was just wondering if that still held true.
