    After seeing your post I went to Ft Loudon yesterday and caught a mess of blue gills. Bought them home and cleaned them just like I do crappie but because of small size I left rib bones on. Breaded them in yellow corn meal and deep fried a little extra crispy. Was able to eat them like eating a crisp cracker, no problem with bones. Tasted great too.
