    Default watts bar slab

still stacking up good numbers and some big ones at that. caught this fri morning. one of the biggest i have caught on a lake. i have caught several 3lbers in some ponds i had on my farm but this one was a good one for the bar.

my son is out of school this week but the river is a mess.

he was big enough and broad enough he didnt fit in my ez checker. had 15 friday over 14 inches

Nice fish, Kevin! I was at the Bar today, and it was jumping up...trash
everywhere. The Emory River is supposed to go past flood stage, so
the levels will keep changing a lot. You may have hit things right at
    their peak...good work!

Last time I looked at the lake level TVA site Watts Bar is nearly 743 above sea level. Normal pool level is 741, last week it was 739. Bout time the lake filled up!

Glad somebody is still finding numbers. I had to go an fishless, and aggonizing I might add, week. I completely lost track of them. Me and dad went out Thursday and had 3 keepers. Thats a nice one though. He didn't look that big until I realized you were 6'5 lol.

went tues or wed last week on loudon and fished most of the day. caught 40 that were between 8-9.5 inches. the 15 keepers i had were between 10 and 11 inches. havent been back since been concentrating on the bar.

how will the stained water and sudden rise effect the crappie. want to take my son but the water looks like coffee w cream and several ft above full pool.

I wish I could tell you. I will ask around on the ramp. You ought to take him bass fishing. It aint often you can fish in peoples back yards
