Got to hit the foot with Pop again today and it was great, it was on like a pot of neck bones until around 10 a.m. The windy changed direction and the switch was cut off, it was just one here and one there after that. We fished until 12 and called it a day, Pop had the fish of the day 1lb 7oz. and it made his day (photo below).:D Today's color was hot pink/chart. curlytail tipped with a minnow, we had some hits on chart. crappie nibbles but they really wanted the minnows. Most of the fish were 10" to 12" fish, but Pop's was 14", total for the day 27 crappie and 5 stripes. Now the fish were shallow 3' to 4' deep in 7 foot of water. It is hard to believe that it is November as warm as it was.
Later,
Lynn

Great Job!!!!
Now about those buckets.......... :D:D
I'll hook up with you tomorrow, I have a couple of meetings in the AM. I'll give you a call tomorrow. Oh one other thing some of the fish we caught today had some white stuff on their gills and fins? We threw them back, didn't know if it was a fungus or what. Does anybody know? The other thing is the fish I cleaned today had eggs.
Later,
Lynn

You and your Dad are filling up the freezer! Nice job guys!
Yea that stuff is typical and doesnt hurt to eat the fish. We have alot of that and those red sores in Reelfoot at different times of the year. The fish are getting thier eggs ready fro the spawn. We better get some cool weather soon or they might just start doin it!
Looks like a good day, glad I wasn't the only one with a big smile.
