finally caught some fish ,we was slow trolling tube jigs 30 feet deep on the bottom -no minnows now that is tough on douglas but I am learning to leave the minnows alone.

that's a good mess of specks! I was catchin em pretty shallow last week on Tellico. I'm going out on Thurs...let's see what happens. Tight Lines!

Nice catch booger. I must say for some reason you look younger in this photo than usualy :D You and your boy look yall would make a good tag team wrestling duo. You guys got the crappie figured out. I too like minnows but have grown to prefer jigs over the years. Seems to produce better if you can figure out exactly how to use them.
