Westtncrappie was out there on 10-26-09 and I went with my dad on 10-27-09. I'm like you work a lot! I have several business trips this month so It will be December before I hit the Foot again.

Was thinking about going in the morning, but had my boat in the shop today to fix a cracked weld on the bow. The 80lb trolling motor on the front straddles the bow weld. They did not finish until 7:30 tonight, so I did not go pick it up. But, I saw a monster deer this afternoon behind the house. It came within about 75 yards and then left the field and went down a trail. I think that I might get up and go deer hunting in the morning. Seeing 20-30 every day now and the bucks are back moving. Good weather forecast for the rest of the week, maybe Friday.

I did fish last Sat morning for a few hours. Pretty morning, wind was not too bad. I kept 13 before I had to go help take food to the farmers working in front of the backwater. Caught about half out in the 13-14 foot water in front of the Gazebo and the other half on the west end of the cemetery at Kiwanis.
