Default Sorry I couldn't make it

Sorry guys - I was returning from a business trip to Chicago. It was kind of an emergency or I would have blown it off until this week. Had to go. Sorry I missed the cookout. I know Speck always makes some great food and all the other sides are excellent as well. I was really jealous of all those crappies I saw Sandy Ridge and the rest of the regulars posting from Douglas during September. I was stuck doing something almost every free moment last month. October doesn't look much better. And I'm trying to get in the woods a few times this deer season as well. I hope to see all of you again soon. Hopefully on the water!

    Nice video Booger.

My brother who does not fish came along with me and he had a ball. He wondered why I would drive 75 miles for a BBQ. Now he knows. This old dude really enjoyed Specks BBQ. I have met some very special friend from Douglas and I hope I get to fish with them next year. Good friens, good food beautiful day. Terry & Sinkum I enjoyed our conversations very much. Booger save me a seat this spring.

Glad to hear the Oldwun made it over to the cook out. I watched the video and it appears that you folks had good food, good weather, with good friends. What more could you ask for on a cook out. God Bless yall....tight lines!
