Thread: Samburg festival this comming weekend

I know it does not have anything to do with crappie fishing but can anybody tell me a little bit about the festival. I will be making the trip this year hope it is worth coming down for. I also got something to do as well planning for my spring fishing trip thanks in advance. 00buck

Yea unless there is another one this weekend, then you just missed it. Hard to drive around the lake and I stayed away from all the peoples. Looked like a Nascar race.

there website says it this coming weekend I need to find out 4 sure

You are right it looked like the Big One at Dega! LOL Too many folks for me. My wife loves it.

Does he mean Arts and Crafts or the Waterfow Festival in Samburg? If i remember, arts and crafts was last weekend but the waterfowl festival is this coming weekend

Yea if it has the word "festival" in it I dont go any farther east than the first boat ramp:D


And yes. Looks alot like a nascar race. If you never been to a nascar race then go to the Arts and crafts festival and you'll get a good idea!

I'am talking about the waterfowl festival sorry I was not clear on that didnt know about the other.

Well i have been to the WF a few times and stayed for about an hour then got bored. They have plenty of booths set up for you to spend all your money. They also have numerous duck calling contests. Hope ya have fun cause i aint goin. Like WTC said.. way too many people. Id rather just fish all day.
