I'm looking at getting a side image HB or the new Lowrance. You guys know I fish Reelfoot most of the time, does anybody have any suggestions? any pro or cons on either unit. I'm just trying to get as much information as possible. I know Cracker has posted some photos from the foot.
Thanks for any info.

Lynn the SI unit is not as valuable at Reelfoot, however some of the these old river beds here in Dyer County it will be helpfull and at Ky Lake. I say if you can stand the price go for it. As soon as I can come up with the funds I will have one.
And all that talk you and I have about "getting together sometime" will no longer be talk if you get one :D:D
Yeh but ia'm readey to up grade 700.00 797 with navonic's chip Road ready

Well ....There goes the fishing at Reelfoot:D:D:D
WTC is right the SI wont help you much on Reelfoot but just about anywhere else its a must.
FISH-ON!!!!!
I use the SI on Reelfoot and it has helped me some but other lakes especially ones that don't have much cover it makes finding the structure a snap.
It helps..Like when I found DTG's crappie mats he put out in the lake..lol. Don't worry DTG I told no one.
