Default stakebeds

They must be legal because there are a lot of them out there. I see them when I fish.

It's legal.

If you are looking to build an actual fish attractor you have to contact and get permission from the TWRA. But placing brush and driving stake beds is fine. They're all over the place. You can do the same thing on Priest.

TWRA wont say alot about you making them and putting them out. They like to know so they can still have thier authority feeling. But as long as you keep it out of the main traffic areas you are fine.I have been out sinking brush pvc and other stuff and TWRA seen me and never said a word to me.Just make sure you send me your coordinates where you sunk them and I will tell you if they are any good......lol

You could have kept it more secretive..I need to give you an area to try and fish and let me know how it is sometime. There is alot of stake beds in the cove and aint far from Bledsoe.I aint fished them in a couple years and would like to try them sometime soon.

I have seen a fence post driver that was about 5 feet in length that you can actually place a wooden stake in it and drive it under the waters surface does anyone know where I can buy one or am I going to have to make one?
