I would be happy to take what ever you have. I plan on taking the tent and going up the night before. Sounds like you might not be able to make it. If you can you are welcome to share my tent. I missed the spring Fry and I sure hope things work out for me to make this one. I am not sure how long it takes speck to smoke a ham. Booger says Speck can flat out cook though!
