Another East Tn member ask me today if I had heard anything about a Fall Fry at Douglas. I do not recall having seen anything about one and I did not find any thing using the search function. Is there one planned or is to early to think about it.

We are talking about having a get together but we had thought about having barbecue this time I would bring my smoker down and cook it on site we were wondering how this sounded to every one only thing is we would have to ask for donations or charge a small fee to help cover the expenses same goes with the fish fry it has grown to where it is pretty expensive with just sinkum, charger and myself footing the bill But we love doing it.lets here so thoughts on this if it sounds ok we will try to set a date oh an if any one dont like bbq we would have burgers and hotdogs also.
Same here. BBQ is fine and I will sure pay my part. There are several Crappie.comers in this area that will probably try to make it this time. Just let me know what and when I neede to do anything.
I have been looking for an excuse to meet you guys. I wasn't able to attend the spring fish fry and chose not to attend the tournament (Sissy!, I know!!). I would sure like to have a get together though. I would pay my part, help cook, bring a grill or side dishes, whatever needs done. I've only been in tennessee a little over a year now, and it is always good to meet new people with common interests.
Did someone say food??? Speck...its a great idea to let us help with the
cost. You guys do so much for the East TN bunch already, and I know
everyone would be very happy to chip in. Ask for plenty..and if there's
some left over...just use it next time.
