Talltimber said he was goin today. Maybe he had some good news.

I would think with the cooler temps that the fish should be biting decent.

Yankee I am ready fro you to take me fishing. Im boatless, and someone stole my truck!

Unhappy Be Careful!!

Yank,
I took my stepdad and son this morning and the weather man lied, called for winds out of the northeast 2 mph. We got there at 5:20 and it was really rough, so we took it slow and went over to green island. Got set up and did not get a hit for almost an hour, we moved out to deeper water 12ft and got some hits at 5ft deep on crappie nibbles. That was the only thing they would hit on, the wind was the biggest issue could not hold in position. We caught a lot of small fish and had 9 keepers. The lake is really getting low, and hit several stumps. On the way back to the boat ramp I had one of those jumping carp hit me in the back and man did it hurt!! It landed in the boat after hitting my back and made a big mess got slime and blood everywhere. Those things are really dangerous and could really hurt someone, if you go take your time and be careful. I will not be going back for awhile, Good luck if you go.
