well that is not funny, but my old buddy speck called and said he heard my boat was down and said I could go with him till I got mine fixed , well some of my so called buddys did not offer -whats pals- oh speck said it would not cost much 15 dozen minnows and a couple way points and 100 dollars of gas -what a pal.

There is a Flea Market in Maynardville next to the highschool that has a complete steering assembly For a Evinrude for $25.00. It comes with the steering wheel, console, and cable. Don't know what you have but it might just work
