i have a 70's model mercury 115 hp inline 6 that i am selling. it has good compression and lower unit. it does need the carbs rebuilt. i need $325 for it.

Does the tilt and trim have a remote pump or is it built in?How long has the motor been sitting up?

my fishing buddy has had it at his house on my terry . he had it started this spring. he says all it needs is the carbs rebuilt. so it has been since the spring since it has been started. it does have a seperate trim pump. the pump and controls and prop go with the motor. i hope this helps.

i have tried posting this motor on craig's lis,american classifieds, and here . not getting hardly any responses. am i asking to much ? i would think the powerhead, or lower unit alone would be worth $350? am i way off base here or is it just the wrong time of year to be selling an outboard?
