I have been thinking of making a trip to Arkansas in Feburary for a striper run. Where and when is the best place to do it.

Beaver Lake, located in NW Arkansas...I live in Rogers, AR -- are you planning on trying to book a guided trip, or do you bring your own rig/gear? I personally catch more Striper in early December to late January then any other time, however, I am not professional, only amateur, but would be willing to give you good tips or hook you up with a guide that can surely put you on fish.
