Thread: Stumphole

Just curious to see if anybody has fished it lately,and if so what does the water look like?Its gettin about time for some of them blues to move up in the shallows,thanks bobby

We were down there last weekend but the bite was slow. They said it was better the week before but all the snow/rain runoff was making it tuff. The water was the color of a Yoohoo with LOTS of floating stuff washing down. The water temp was in the high 40's in most of the swamp on Friday but was in the mid 50's by Sunday afternoon. Things should be wide open in a week or so.

water is still muddt some and running pretty good but is getting better. at last we do have some water to run in be it as it is

thanks for the info,I figure in a couple of weeks it should be time for the stumphole to start producing a few,they sure are fun to catch in that shallow water,thanks bobby
