Put in around 9:30 this morning, glass calm. Headed to Twin Rivers, all kinds of trash in the water. Logs, limbs, sticks, leaves, etc. Just got set up and the wind started blowing. Tried to fish it but was getting pushed all over the place.
Headed to a cove south of the northern trestle. Saw quite a few other boats trolling and pulling in a few fish. I managed to get two and got a lot of minnows stolen while I was fighting the wind and trying to look where I was going.
Got both on black/chartreuse jigs tipped with minnows, 4' down in 16'-18' of water. Asked the others what they were doing and said the same any where from 4'-8' down.
The trash is making its way down the main lake but the coves were pretty much clear of debris but the water was pretty stained.
Surface temp in the coves was right at 60.
Hope that helps. Have a great day.
