    Default Lake Greenwood Water Question

How muddy is it on the main lake? I drove by my parents lake house and the water only looked murky back in the coves. I drove out about half way out of a creek towards the main water and the water looked fine. I'm most concerned about the main body between 221/72 bridge and Moon's landing or Goat Island area

Pretty muddy but I would not let that stop me. I remember fishing a few years back when it was muddy and thinking that was the reason I only caught a few fish. At the ramp I ran into some guys that had blistered them jigging around docks and structure. It is all about the water temp and wind.

    Smile Lake Greenwood

I would rate it muddy from the 72 bridge to twin rivers...Stained from 72 brisge to the mouth of Cane Creek...Cane Creek is suprisingly clear,,and the main lake improves towards the dam.I caught virtually nothing today ,,but it was a beautiful day on the lake..
I hope everyone has a most blessed day!!
(and I hope someone catches some fish)

My family has owned property on lake greenwood since well before I came along. I've been around that lake and fished about every cove in my 25yrs. but I've never heard of the sea boarad tresa or the tresalla? Are you referring to the train tracks? I call them burnt trussell or just trussel
