    Default Wylie 3-17-08

    went to crowders creek with a friend last night around 7:30 pm. we set up at 25 deep and water temp was 56 degree. the crappie bite was slow,but white perch was on all night. we quit at 11:20 pm and ended up with 13 crappie,47 white perch, 1 catfish. we might going back again thursday night.

    You caught 61 fish in four hours and that was slow?

    13 crappie for 2 in four hours is a slow crappie bite. :D

    I'd like to volunteer to help clean out the perch problem (figure as a new comer it is the least I can do :D)

    Will minnows on or near the bottom work? Point me in the right direction and I will take as many as I can.

    Just go with the intention of catching only Crappie and you won't be able to keep the perch off your hooks:D
