Well I finally talked my neighbor into going with me last night and now he is hooked!! 29' deep water temp. 59, 10 crappies and 8 white perch. I caught my personal best crappie 2 pounds 6 ozs.

talked to ot while ago. he said with the crappie steve give him, he brought home 19 crappie and 11 perch. said it was a slow night so i dont feel so bad about laying out now :D

A friend of mine was bas fishing today and said its been a long time since he's been on Wylie and seen as many guys shooting docks as he did today. He also said they were pullin a few out from under um. Between weather and work I'm doomed for this weekend. Maybe next week sometime for me to give um a try.

congratulations on your new PB craig. ive been doing this so long and my memories seem to be gettin fuzzier and fuzzier so i have no idea what my PB is. seems like i caught one around 2 and half or something back during the crappiethons. we caught a lot of big fish back then but dint have the little electronic scales thats available now. weve caught a lot of fish in the nine years ive had the beast and i think the biggest PB crappie on her was a 2/4oz or thereabouts caught by travis a couple year ago.
