    Default Murray

Fished rock creek this evening water temp 60. Trolled most of the evening with one striper to show for it. Talked to two other boats fishing different techniques no fish either. Anyone been doing any good since the rain? Fished two nights this week on Murray been skunked both times(a first this year), anyone have any input. I am taking next week off to crappie fish the entire week but something needs to happen on murray or It'll be watteree for the week. The water looks like it came up 4 feet and still had alot of debris. Fished 10'-20' with minnow tipped jigs.Any info would be great got a buudy in the military coming up for the week and dont want to dissapoint.

    Default Tough!

It looks like they have turned off since a couple of weeks ago. I have been going in the afternoons and this past sunday, catch maybe two or three. I don't know what happen to them. The lake has sure came up in the last week. I am marking plenty of crappie but can't get them to bite. I even tryed throwing to the banks yesterday afternoon. I talked to several good fishermen and they are having a tough time too. I am going friday morning and this weekend to murray, may go to greenwood or the hill. I hope they pick up soon.

hate to hear you guys can't gett'em to bite. my boat is still in the shop but doesn't sound like I'm missing much yet.

Sorry to hear 'bout your boat slowpole--that's always a bummer. I've been working night shift since Tues. and won't get off 'til Sun. morning. Then I switch back to day shift on Mon. and won't be able to go fishing 'til next Fri. at the earliest. On the bright side I will be off for 7 days straight, so hopefully I'll be able to try and track down those slabs and report back. Maybe they'll be shallow by then. Good luck everybody!
    Might as well go fishin'!
